Three weeks of competition are over now. The winner of the contest, Asadul, remained a leader almost throughout the whole contest. Undoubtedly the 1st place was due to his very high effectiveness of 96%. Learn more about the winners and the path they chose to top places.

1st place: Asadul

The winner of the contest, Asadul, remained a leader almost throughout the whole contest. In order to gain +915,16% return rate, only 27 transactions were needed of him, and 547,5 pips. Undoubtedly the 1st place was due to his very high effectiveness of 96%. Asadul practically committed only one mistake. The only one losing trade was closed at -985,34 EUR, which was only a small fraction (5,95%) of Asadul’s whole capital. This took place at the very beginning of the competition, in fact being the 2nd trade. Since then Asadul’s trade’s were only profitable. The best single trade gave him 13 5625,25 EUR (+82 pips). Asadul usually traded with USDJPY on long positions. Very rarely, he opened short positions (6 out of 27). The mean time of maintaining a position open, was 8 hours. Asadul proved to be a patient and focused contestant, being active only 6 days out of 15 day of contest duration, not making  any redundant. The remaining time he spent on watching his competitors movements on the results ranking.

2nd place Mosud

817,9% return rate and as few as 13 trades. These statistics clearly prove that none of them was a result of chance. Every one of Mosud’s transactions were thoroughly analyzed. Mean profit on a transaction here was 10 496 EUR, while mean loss (there were only 3) was of 7 725,78 EUR. His effectiveness was relatively high – 77%. Mosud is a medium-term trader, as keeping position open for mean time of 1 day and 6 hours is definitely no day trading. Mosud engaged only in the JPY trading, his wallet includes couples USD/JPY and EUR/JPY. There was one severe loss of about 47% of the whole capital, but Mosud remained calm and focused till the end, eventually winning the 2nd, well deserved place.

3rd place: Topu0007

It is possible to reach over 702% return rate within a week. The proof is the 3rd place going to Topu0007. This competitor needed as few as 3 days to open 25 trades with 80% effectiveness (20 profitable out of 25). Out of the winning three, Topu kept his position open shortest, mean 4 hours and 9 minutes. The highest profit was gained on gold. Short position opened on gold boosted the wallets value by 15 000 EUR. This trade was open twice longer than the rest of the trades, around 8 hours. Topu terminated his losses very quickly, with no sentiments. The highest losing position equals to 2451,56 EUR, and was closed after only 1 hour and 27 minutes. Topu0007 did not focus on currencies only. Apart from the popular USDJPY, EURUSD or GBPUSD, he traded on gold.
